RAJKOT: A 41-year-old trader from Baldana village in Wadhwan taluka of Surendranagar was found murdered in a farm outside his village on Tuesday morning. The deceased was identified as Lalubha Aswar.

According to the police, Aswar had left his residence on Monday night on his motorcycle stating that he was going for ride in the village. However, he did not return home. On Tuesday morning villagers found his body from the farm of Ambaram Patel. Police said Aswar's throat was slit and he also hand injury marks below his ears.

Aswar's brother Raghuvirsinh has lodged complaint against unidentified persons for murder. Police said Aswar was a cotton trader and was also involved in sand mining from riverbed, besides running a petrol pump on the highway.-  TNN (Source: timesofindia.indiatimes.com)
